We also monitor supply contracts through to delivery, controlling specifications, tendering, contracting, packing, shipment, clearance, accounting, payment and reporting. And we’ll tailor our solution to dovetail with your own operating procedures and requirements.
Most of our procurement is undertaken via international and national tendering under open or restricted competition. The procurement rules and procedures are established by our clients, and are often based on donor procedures.
